Education
AMI is strongly committed to education:
- The AMI College provides 6 courses per year. These courses are taught by David Regenbaum, personally.
- AMI has a full-time Corporate Trainer who is repsonsible for continuous in-house training.
- Community Manager training is conducted every alternate Tuesday mornings.
- Service Specialist training is conducted Monthly.
- Monthly specialized training classes are conducted for Financial Specialists.
- Each Community Manager has a $1,000 annual allowance for professional education.
After Hours Services
The After Hours Service calls are answered by a person, not a recording or pager.
Two AMI staff members are on call after business hours and will address any emergency work promptly. These staff members are supported by a Director and two Senior Managers.
Vendors for emergency work are on call at all times.
There is no additional fee to AMI for this After Hours Service.
Disaster Management
AMI has a Disaster Management program in place in the event of a major crisis in the city. This program includes:
- Preparation in advance of a pending natural disaster
- Activating the Emergency Response Team
- Immediate clean up and recover following a disaster
- Restoration of damage
- Administration of Insurance Claims
